House Rules
- Arrive/leave within booked times (set-up/pack-down included)
- No smoke/haze or open flames without written approval
- Keep noise to reasonable levels after [time] out of respect for neighbours
- Any tape used must be low-tack (no residue)
- Rubbish/recycling to be placed in provided sacks/bins

- PAT-tested electrical kit
- Fire exits & evacuation brief at start of session
- Public Liability insurance held; provide your own insurance if required for shoots/gear
- Risk assessment available on request; additional controls agreed for special setups
